While I’m always up for understanding new tools, they are less important than the people we work with. When I enter an organization my focus is on how we can scale the impact it has on others. First and foremost that starts with building more ownership into the team so they can better leverage their own strengths.

In my off-hours I work with The Job Hackers to introduce people who are unemployed or in a career transition to Agility and a growth mindset.
